The group exhibition “Natural Born Aliens” by artist Mihai Coltofean, together with guest artists Alexandru Ranga, Benterez and Irina Tanase is curated by Cristian Cojanu, assistant curator Victor Briceag. The project is part of a series of works that will be presented from July to August 2025 at the Parisian gallery Rivoli 59 - an exhibition space supported by the Paris City Hall, where the city of Bucharest will be represented within the KM 0 - Bucharest - Paris cultural exchange.

“Natural Born Aliens” is a bold interdisciplinary exhibition that redefines the myth of the bohemian artist - exploring the tensions between artistic exile, self-expression and societal perception. The exhibition features four of Mihai Coltofean's impressive paintings and will be accompanied by the works of guest artists: a sculptural installation by Alexandru Ranga, a collage by Benterez and a sculpture by Irina Tanase, designed to provoke the audience to reflect on the ephemeral struggle in materiality.

The exhibition outlines a captivating visual dialog on the paradox of artistic existence, adapted to the exhibition space of CREART Gallery.
